Matt Lund and The Waggerers

Country, Blues, Bluegrass, and Folk original songs featuring acoustic and electric guitar, banjo, mandolin, vocals, ukulele, fiddle, electric and upright bass, drums, and pedal steel guitar!

Matt Lund and The Waggerers is a new project from Matt Lund exploring Country, Blues, Bluegrass, and Folk music. Coming from Michigan, these styles were somewhat foreign to Lund when he moved to Tennessee, but through meeting and jamming with people he absorbed some new sounds and has now created his own take on these classic styles. Lund also learned to play new instruments for this project! In addition to working on chicken picking guitar, he plays pedal steel guitar, mandolin, banjo, and ukulele on these songs. Some of them also include a guest fiddle player (Bethany Olds) and guest guitarists (Josh McKee, Tyler Reese, Matt Berry, and Schylar Shoates). Lund plays electric bass on the album but two tunes feature Tyler Enslow on upright bass. The drums were performed by seasoned professional Duane Norman (Crystal Gayle).
