Hello!!!  It's been a while since I've written but that is because I have been very busy with various musical projects including preparing for a Lund McVey Group performance coming up this Friday, April 13, at 7:30 pm, on the campus of Middle Tennessee State University in the Hinton Music Hall in the Wright Music Building.  This show will feature new original songs and myself on guitar, Jason McVey on saxophone, Brian Mueller on drum set, Max McKellar on bass, and Shonna Lund on vocals.  Free and open to all ages!

 

Also, I am proud to share a great review of the Axe Of God album by the Murfreesboro Pulse!

 

My newest project is The Tiny Trio - a jazz/funk/fusion/improv band that performs originals, covers, and improvised jams!  The jams are open to audience participation so bring your instrument!  Our next show is at The Boro Bar and Grill on Friday, April 27, 9:00-12:00.  No cover, ages 21 and up.

 

Finally, I have two new albums in the works: Rescued Souls Worship 2018 which is a collection of original pop/rock worship songs and Matt Lund and the Waggerers - a full-length album of country, blues, and bluegrass originals featuring myself on guitar, banjo, mandolin, ukulele, and pedal steel guitar.  I can't wait to share this new music with you so I will keep posting updates!!!
